Paperless EOBs are the way to go
As a current TRDP enrollee*, you can now sign up for paperless Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements. Instead of mailing you a paper EOB, we'll send you an email alert whenever a new statement becomes available—and you can access and view your EOBs online through the self-service Consumer Toolkit® whenever it's convenient!
Signing up for paperless EOBs is so easy! Just log on to the Consumer Toolkit®, then select "Profile" next, select "Change Delivery Preferences" and check the electronic EOB option—and you'll soon be on your way to "Going Paperless" with your EOBs!
When you receive an email notification that a claim has been processed, just click on the link in the email and log on to the Consumer Toolkit® to view your EOBs. You'll save valuable time by getting your processed claim information immediately instead of having to wait for your EOB to arrive in the mail, and you'll reduce paper waste—and that's good for the environment!
