Enrollees and their family members may have need for emergency or ongoing dental treatment. They may have work in progress that needs to be completed, or perhaps x-rays and other dental records have been lost. If you are a TRDP enrollee or family member with extenuating circumstances resulting from the recent storms, please call 888-838-8737 to determine what help may be available for your situation.

If you have had to relocate and change your address and telephone number temporarily, or if you have lost or damaged TRDP patient records due to the storms, please let us know by calling 888-838-8737. We will work to ensure that your TRDP claim payments are sent to your temporary address as necessary. We may also be able to provide copies of TRDP claims you have submitted to us or other necessary information you may need to help you recreate your TRDP patient files.
